Where is Cynthia’s Office in Manhattan located?

Cynthia’s office is located on the upper eastside of Manhattan. When you contact me to make an appointment I will give you the exact address.

Subways: Take the 4, 5, or 6 train on the Lexington Avenue line to 86TH Street Station Buses: The 86th cross town bus to 2nd Avenue is the closest to my location.

How do I make an appointment with Cynthia?

By Phone: Call 917-797-9834 – Please leave your name, number, the best time to reach you, and who referred you.
By email: – Allow 48 hours for a confirmation. Please include your phone number and write “Appointment” in subject line.

What days and hours are appointments available in the Manhattan office?

The New York City office is generally open from Tuesday mornings through Friday mornings each week. Appointments are available from 7:00 am – 10:00 pm during those days. There are some weekends I will also have office hours and you may request notification of those dates.

Where is Cynthia’s office in the Catskills located?

Cynthia’s office in Sullivan County is located at 4700 State Route 52, just east of Jeffersonville.

What days and hours are appointments available in the Catskill office?

I am generally available for appointments here Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. I am also here during major holidays, with extended hours during the summer months.

How do I make an appointment for the Catskill Office or request a house call there?

To make an appointment in the Catskill office, I prefer you call my local telephone which is 845-482-5521, but, the 917-797-9834 number will also connect you. You may also email – but must allow several days for confirmation.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or change your appointment please give at least 24 hours notice by calling 917-797-9834. It is available 24 hours a day (not by email).
If you are running late I will hold your appointment for you for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, it will be considered a last-minute cancellation.
If you have a Tuesday appointment in New York City, please call to cancel or change the appointment by the previous Sunday.
If I need to change or postpone your appointment I will give you at least 24 hours notice.
You may not cancel via email unless it is one week ahead.

Will I be charged for cancelled appointments or no-show’s?

Unless it is a true emergency, you will be responsible for last-minute cancellations and no show’s. The treatment fee will be owed in full.
